i told you i'd update this.

i've compiled and put up for your listening pleasure Metric's album Fantasies, as remixed by me over a period of about a month or so. it's actually not so much a collection of remixes as much as it is a complete reworking of their entire album. i wasn't all that familiar with Metric, so when Indaba Music did the Metric remix comp, i downloaded the stems, but never listened to anything except the vocals. so most of the tracks are approached from an entirely different perspective than the band had envisioned. i kinda like bits of it, but nothing won anything. some of it lacks on the polished production side as i had to knock out all 10 mixes in about a month, as i said. enjoy... you'll find it as the newest release on the 'music' page.

new music and video are coming very soon. in spite of the fact that it looks like i haven't been very busy at all over the last, oh, four YEARS or so, the truth is i have about 3 solid hours of new material that i'm trying to distill down and put into logical presentation chunks to share with everyone.

been noodling about with a great deal of analogue gear for the last few months, as well as working with NI's MASCHINE quite a bit. it's changed the way i work, but i like the results. 

also switched back to ProTools from Logic. not that you care!
